Talking 'sustainability'

From our long experience researching sustainability and social good with consumers, it's clear that we need to use consumer language, avoiding the overly technical or arguments that only work within a small group of like-minded people.

 

So this blog really resonated. We know environmental problems and solutions can be communicated resonantly with consumers (see, for example, the below from WWF). But it means stepping outside the echo chamber and hearing from mainstream consumers.
